I pulled back the sheets and an odor hit me.urine! I sniffed and confirmed that the mattress pad and mattress smelled of urine! I immediately informed the front desk who brought up new sheets. I was planning and letting it go until morning as I was so tired. I noticed red stains on the night table that ended in a pool of grossness between the bed. I returned after 10:30P and ready for bed.
We went to drop off my bags and all was good! We left and went to dinner with family. We informed the front desk and was assigned room 215. We went to drop off my bags and noticed that half the lights weren't working. On arrival, the host who greeted us, Jason, was friendly and professional. After much research, I was looking forward to my stay here.
